Blight tab oil upgrade needs extra QOL

Issue: upgrading massive amounts of low tiers oils puts extreme strain on my wrist/finger due to only being able to upgrade one stack (3 oils -> 1) of oils at a time. It is also extremely time-consuming.

Solution:

1. add an extra button combination that would allow you to e.g. upgrade 30 (30 -> 10) oils at once, e.g. ctrl+click
2. add a dropdown to the blight tab that would allow you to choose how many oils you would like to upgrade with a single click

You can sell stacks of oil to vendor to receive higher tier oils. Its much more efficient than spamming upgrade button, but you are right. Such feature would be great.
