Game Crashing non stop. Unplayable game

Game crashes during mapping non stop. I use up all my portals just reloading the game and going back in. No pattern to it other then during combat. I havent been able to play for 3 days.
AMD Ryzen 9 3900x 12 core, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, 32GB DDR4 Ram Renderer Vulkan, VSync off, Triple Buff disable, no fps cap, antialiasing off, Upasal mode NIS, Sharpness 15%, Shadow sun and number of lights low, Bloom 101%, Depth of field disabled, Water detail low, Texture quality medium, Texture Filtering 16x anisotropic filtering, Changing settings has not seemed to fix anything. having the same issue, random crash instances, never had an issue prior to this league, ctd after a freeze at least 5-6 times a play session now
