Support from email are bad
Is it just me or the CS via email support are really bad
-They are asking question whitout reading the email chain -Asking question that ive alrdy give an answer -refuse to escalate to a superior It's been 6 months that my main account was unlinked from my steam account (by an hacker, feels bad) and they really start to get on my nerve....Is there anyone from GGG smarter than the basic CS to help me out Last bumped on Aug 7, 2024, 7:23:07 PM

The support team are fairly small (like maybe a few tens of people) there is no superior as such.
They do read the chain, if they ask a question again it's more than likely that it's because the answer you gave previously was unsatisfactory. Even if there was someone up the chain you would still get the same process and questions. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
