Who can i contact?
Does anyone know who i can contact, if the Support refuse to help me? I mean, i can understand they have Guidelines for their work, but is there really nobody that can make decisions on their own or something if the case is complicated?

your only point of contact is through the support email, the protocols they use are there for a reason.
If for instance someone managed to get into your game account but not your email account it means that you are still fairly safe (unless you asked support to disable the IP lock) But there is information there like transaction amounts and dates in the messages. So to save your account from being easily stolen, they require the answer to their security questions...if you can't answer them then it's a you problem and they shouldn't be making an exception (thats really a case of if they did make an exception and it becomes known it opens the flood gates with thousands of fake attempts to steal accounts, more moderation work on the forums, potential banning of accounts because some people have no chill) Ancestral Bond. I dont think that would help, since they wont Accept that im the owner, even if its clear that i am, its just sad they keep sticking to this one Question and ignore all the Proofs i gave them, they really need to work on this

I dont really want to do this, i just love this Game and i had hope they would even try to help me solve this, but seems like thats really my only Option here.

*Update* if anyone else has Problems with Steam, here is what i had to do.
After countless Attempts to send them the wanted Screenshots, i just copy/pasted whats shown in the Screenshot and they accepted this, like wtf? whatever, dont send them Screenshots, even if they ask for it, just write down what you see in the Screenshot. Oh, i even asked them 100 times what exactly i should do since they refused the Screenshots and never got an answeron this, if you ask such a Question all chances they just close your Ticket, Last edited by kaischler on Aug 8, 2024, 7:47:12 PM
