Default item filter needs update for new armor bases

The default item filter doesn't recognize that the various new armor bases are now the highest in their tier. The line around the rim used to indicate best available bases in their category isn't being applied to them, eg the Astral Leather I found on the ground lately doesn't get that rim.

Please update it for those of us who use the default item filter some. I still use it for early/mid atlas play. It's also bound to used by a number of people who just don't use downloaded filters.
