freeze all the time

its now so bad i cant even teleport to brine king done it 10 times now but game just freeze everytime
im so done with this game really there must be a fix or something been hours on google to see solutions and tried all but nothing
can teleport then freeze run then freeze
i have 1gig fibre conection
a i7 cpu
1tb ssd
rtx 4060 ti
64 gig ram
windows 10 with all the new drivers

i been playing a long time and this season this all have started
