Game crash in maps

The game crashes in the middle of almost every map. It is impossible to enter the hideout again with the message "File to ein any instances", after which it is possible to enter, but there are no portals, and all loot from the map completely disappears from the inventory, including gold.

The described problem was observed when playing on the Moscow server. I tried playing through VPN on the Frankfurt server, and the problem was no longer observed.
Most likely, this is somehow connected with the machinations carried out by Internet operators in Russia.
