Terrible packet loss

https://imgur.com/a/v6mLc0d I'm fine for a few instances, then whenever I get a LAG-xxx node, basically my instance becomes unplayable. Getting 90% packet loss from this hop.

I even tried routing through amsterdam instead of my normal dallas gateway, and it was fine for a few instances. But again, when being routed through this level 3, I get packet loss/lag until my latency skyrockets and I dc. https://imgur.com/a/8KCMW78

I've noticed that if I enter a portal/area quickly as in, if I die, or change zones and quickly enter a portal. This seems to trigger the lag for the instance. And I have to relog/change realms and re-enter the map the lag is gone even though the instance has the same IP...strange.
