Add ways to generate corpse on Melee Stun

It's cringe having to use a spell or a mage boot to generate corpse for General's Cry

Chieftain, should have this innate ability

I want to attack too, i'm part of the war, Chieftain is a chief, not a pussy

I suggested a Heavy Strike transfigured version that could do it, perhaps could be a mastery or a craft

tbh i think GGG messed up the entire balance of "corpse as a resource" a long time ago. john kinda acknowledged that too.

i've always wanted to build something around general's cry but everytime i imagine myself facing a pinnacle boss. the idea of not having corpses, makes me kill any desire to work it out.
