100% disk usage after restarting the computer

I've had this problem for a few days now: when I start PoE after restarting the computer, the game uses 100% disk usage, and I have an M2 NM620 drive. Often, it takes several dozen seconds for the game to load locations, but then it loads normally in a few seconds.
