Auction House Improvement

I dont get how the Auction house ratio works, when i list it.. mostly selling stuff for Chaos/Divine, i get less.
While on the other hand, when i reverse price it(try to buy something with chaos/divine) the ratio became higher.

Back to topic at hand, i think Auction House should a little feature like ratio locking or something... or to know exactly how much we got that particular currency in our stash (total amount of the item).
I mean... i don't bother always to calculate the exact amount of currency i want for the ratio i chose when i bulk trade (alot of different item) it in the Auction House.
but perhaps, its could've been less tedious or annoying.

Edit : Because... if u haven't notice, there's been cases of price scamming in the Auction House.
which very differs from the trade website
