More Difficult?

Hey was wondering if anyone has felt the game to be more difficult in maps this time around. I've played the same builds every time and even used the new "op" ones and I'm getting destroyed more than normal. its like all the monsters have that damage reduction buff or something. normally i get to level 92 (I'm not that good at the game), but now I'm stuck at like 84. I could beat the pinnacle bosses and get uber done. now its a big old nope so i guess maps aren't the only thing different. I guess just comment below and let me know. don't wanna feel like I'm crazy or anything
