QoL Request - Update Chance Orbs

Currently Chance Orbs are, in my opinion, a very small niche that could roll good or could roll bad, but don't really have any long running usefulness.

However the proportions scours players obtain VS chance orbs (or even alchemy) is a fairly drastic difference.

I would like to suggest Chance Orbs reroll any rarity of item outside of unique's.

This would result in a few good outcomes:

- Players could rapidly gamble for gear outside of chaos orbs, rolling magic and rare gear with a small Chance at making it unique instead.

- This would introduced a less "controlled" gamble to crafting since the rarity would vary up and down. (if a downside is necessary, chance orbs could also have a small probability of turning magic and rare items white instead of rerolling)

- Chance orbs would have a valid sink to be spent, as of present they are one of the few currencies in game that simply stockpiles to excess, almost never seeing use. This would improve

- Unique's could potentially be targeted by the community, albeit at a much heavier orb sink seeing as a chance orbs investment sink to even make a unique is quite low, and the increase in value from being able to spam them would even out versus trying to craft something somewhat usable to any unique hunting

Please consider, as I truly believe this would fill a gap missing in obtaining gear during early levels as well as help endgame crafting that has a middle-ground cost VS effort result.
