Infinite scrolling when splitting stacks and on dialogues text.

It started shortly after the new league start. The bug makes it impossible to grab a specific amount from a stack and also really hard to read scrolling dialogues.

The scroll works properly when changing tabs with the mouse over the stash tabs, and on the options menu: graphics, input, ui, etc. I installed awakened poe trade but it's not running at the moment and the problem persist. I don't run anything else while playing a part from firefox.

I discovered this happened because I had my controller connected under the table with a drifting joystick but somehow the controller only affected the scrolling it didn't affect my gameplay otherwise I also had auto "input method detection unabled" in the input settings and "input method" set to keyboard and mouse so, you may want to check what's going on with that or somehow show that the controller is giving inputs.
