Crashing on Loading

hello.
as the title said I got random crashes during loading screens (mainly the login screen) and it seems it wants to run the game at random times as well.

I've tried running as admin, running as different compatibilities, running a steam file integrity check, and even uninstalling and reinstalling.

I got quite a good rig and I don't understand what is going on.
my specs:

i7 14700K
32gb ddr5
win11
Z790 aorus elite
nvidia rtx 4070 ti
and over 2TB free


help pls.
