Stash tab/ Page for Tattoo's Omens/ Scouting reports.

Title is point of post, there's a shit ton of Tattoo's and omens now and since they seem to be core, it would be nice to have some way to store them like other currency instead of just having to toss them into a standard stash tab.

Scouting reports getting like a lil row in like fragments or Currency tab would also be nice
