GGG Support Never Really "Support"

My account was locked and then I send email to GGG support (support@grindinggear.com) for help. The Support Team reply me ONE COPY/PASTE EMAIL immediately. I follow it and provide appropriate information, and then they ignored me and treated like nothing happened. What is the status of my request now, GGG?
I tried to find another contact to GGG. (https://www.grindinggear.com/?page=contact) Its email (contact@grindinggear.com) does not reply too. Its phone no. (+64 9 551 3935) is even a fake contact! It shows how GGG be afraid of reply their clients. You tried to attract people to your game but you now don't let me play! GGG, you are always dissapointing everyone!
