Gold costs for workers in settlers league is too high

The gold costs feel high even when not running mappers & disenchanters.

It feels punishing to be playing a slow build that doesn't clear maps in just a few minutes because you start to fall behind on gold upkeep and I start to give up on even trying to stock up gold for the night, which seemed like the point of the league.
