Remove sulphite capacity or change it to sulphite currency

In 2k24 in PoE you could consume every leagues content when you are in the mood. Except for Delve. When you hit sulphite capacity cap you have to go mining. Or you would be prevented from obtaining resource used for content. It seems very unfair, that Delve is the only content with such restrictions.
I think such an approach is very obsolete nowadays.

I could suggest to introduce Sulphite as stackable currency and players would be restricted only by the capacity of their stashes. It's OK if this currency would not be tradeable.

But capping Sulphite every time makes you to spend it even if you are in no mood for it.
