Persistent "Failure to connect to instance" issues. Will not pay until fixed.

I know I am not the only person that has been having these issues. First day or two of new league was not an issue, however now every 1-4 area changes I get the error meesage and it disconnects. I am unable to complete Labs as a result and thus not able to progress to maps and truly enjoy the game. As such, even though I have supported this game with hundreds of dollars over the years, I will no longer be paying until this is fixed. This is completely unacceptable, and the lack of communication on GGG's part when they KNOW this is an isue is an affront to the paitence and goodwill of the community. FIX IT.
