Different wording for same effect on Atlas Skills

How come Vivid Memories (Synthesis), Remnants of the Past (The Shaper and Elder) and Conquered Conquerors (Conquerors) on the Atlas Tree look to do the same thing, but each of them are worded differently?

Vivid Memories includes a decimal amount of how much the passive increases but Remnants of the Past doesn't. And Conquered Conquerors is worded differently to both of the other two.


Vivid Memories
+2.0% chance for a Synthesis Map to drop from Final Map Boss in each Map (Tier 14+)

Remnants of the Past
Final Map Boss in each Map has +3% chance to drop an Elder Guardian Map (Tier 14+)
Final Map Boss in each Map has +3% chance to drop a Shaper Guardian Map (Tier 14+)
