Rogue Harbor crashes

Like the tittle says, the only place i crash.
I am using vulkan because dx11 or 12 is very laggy for me.
Pc is old, I7 6700, gtx 970, 16gb ram ,win 10.
But Rogue harbor is the only place i crash after the first time i enter after login the game.
Is weird and i have no idea how or what it is. After the first crash it is fine, mostly, except the lag, but that is mostly fine for me.

Is this on my part, if yes, is it because my old pc?
The message that i get is something like Que, login, or something. Not a whole sentence so i can't understand.

Same problem on 7800x3d/4060/32gb/win11/dx11/1080p all uptodate.

Cannot stay in harbour for more than 30 secs without crashing when idle or loading into heist. Opening stash makes cpu go crazy.
