Unable to make Guild microtransactions

I am the guild leader. When I try to donate/purchase stash tabs, guild hall locations or anything else on the guild list, it sends me out to poe website and asks me to log in. After the click here to log in page, it send me "verify if you are human". It never gets past this verification, just asks me to verify over and over.
