Shadow Shaping more irrelevant than it's ever been

The map enchants have always been kind of lackluster for the most part, but for the last two leagues and especially this league the keystone has been made worse and worse and now with the addition to scrying I think it's actually a detriment to even play with. Even prior to the 3.24 change to empower the map mechanic nodes it was already weak.

I think either the node needs a rework to give a reason for people to take it or scry needs to be reimagined in a less target map to map transfer and a way to add them to all the maps or something.

With the new mechanics of scarabs, t17 loot modifiers, scrying, and other changes within the game I think there is a lot to draw from to make quick, easy, and good changes rather than a complete rework.
