returning player having trouble

OK so I am new to Poe kinda. I havent played in awhile and I am trying to get an item filter. the thing is when I last played I had my account linked to this website. I dont know if i used a different email or what but its the same email I been using for years. can someone help me with how i can recover this or figure out this issue? When i sign in its taking me to an account i made incorrectly and its not linked to my PSN. i am not good with that kind of stuff and I dont remember what I did last time. can someone help me please?
