Baubles no longer for sell from NPC's...

but Whetstones and Armourer's Scraps are???

"NPCs will no longer have items that can be purchased with Quality Currency Items"

If you're gonna go by that, why are Whetstones and Armourer's still for sell from NPC's?

Either make NPC's sell baubles again, or remove whets and armourer's from their inventory. This is stupid.
