Big lags on game

Hey, yesterday I couldn't play whole day cuz of that, now on Sunday it's the same situation. I tested other online games on steam like Last Epoch or Dungeonborne, have 0 lags on there, on yt also I can easily watch video on 1080p. I didn't change any setting or installing something. FPS just keep my cap of 100, but I can't even running normally and my char just jump on screen. Anyone has the same? Maybe it's fault cuz so much players at the same time on these days?
