My Email got hacked and now my account does not exist anymore after.

Hello, My email was highjacked yesterday and now my path of exile account is gone (other account for other services as well) its like my email got removed for all services it was used for.
I contacted support but its been 8h since their last msg, should I be worried? To make a long story short, I contacted support and everything was going smooth. They locked my account to stop damage from happening and asked my to run my anti-virus programs and change my email password and steam password to hard and uniq once. [Removed by Support] Im extreamly worried about my account and i could't even sleep. The account im on atm is a new one just for this forum.
