Game crash

When i level up as you know i get passive skill point and when i open passive skill list game crashes. Its like 3-5 times now and loading screens also takes too much of my time(5-10 mins) I know i am playing with lowest-key pc but it wasnt like this previous league. Dont tell me "go buy good pc" you genius! I know that! If i can i'd already.
I disabled voices. Tried to lower graphic quality(but game dont let me do it). Reinstalled. Changed renders. NOTHING WORKS!
These are my laptop's specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50 GHz 2.59 GHz. 8 gb Ram. NVIDIA GeForce 930M-Intel(R) HD Graphics 520. 240gb SSD.
Like i said everything was alright previous league. Everything started with 3.25 launch.
