My account was wrongfully Muted

Hello. I got a message that saying my account was muted for breaching the Code of Conduct after logging in and starting a map. I had not typed anything before receiving this message and I believe I was wrongfully targeted. It's not a big deal obviously but I would like it if this could be explained and the mute be removed from my accounts record as it could reflect poorly on my account in the future should another mistake arise. Thank you for your attention to this matter. It happened at around 6:08 PM Aug 3 2024 a couple of minutes after I logged in.
