Consistent crashing on area load & other times

My game is consistently crashing while loading into an area, be that from the main menu or from through a portal. It also has a tendency to crash randomly on an action. I've had a Model error like twice, but it must have crashed a 100 times by now.

Nvidea Geforce is updated
Windows is updated
Path of Exile has been re-installed
Fucked around with all the settings, tried directX 11, 12 and Vulcan.
Even swapped from Steam to standalone and it changes nothing.

Specs:
Intel i7-13700K
Asus PRIME B760-PLUS
RTX 4070
SSD m2
32GB DDR5

It's been going since launch, it was okay Wednesday and Thursday but it's now back again. I would really like to play the game.

I got the same problem with a comparable setup, from today on.
Yesterday it was working fine.
