game frezzes

I didn't play for a long time, like 2 years, and got back to this league. Sometimes, it freezes for a second, usually when I open boxes or in delve or interacting whit the new mechanics on the maps. I see that the CPU red LED on the motherboard lights up red when this happens, and when the game returns to normal, it turns off.

the game dont crush just freez and in asecond back to normal.

I tuned antialiasing to high, and it seems to work much better, but still, sometimes there are micro-freezes.

I have a good PC with an i7 and RTX 2080ti. I remember I was playing on a laptop in the past.

Any ideas why this happens and what I should do?
