Backup problems.

So, i was running Mastermind's Lair. Killed Catherina and took loot from her - Cinderswallow Urn. Then i got into the area, which has lots of syndicate chests. While i was looting them, my internet connection got lost. So i got back to the game. The portals and the loot that i've got - was gone. Even though good 2-3 minutes passed after i took loot from Catherine.

So, is there a way to fix this? So its stops happening in future.

Happened again on the map. Internet connection got lost. I got back - and there no portals and loot from this map - disspeared.
