hide side quests on side of the screen

any way to hide Optional side quests missions on the right of our screen ?

theres a few things in this game i dont care about doing and will never care to do and i just dont wanna have it showing on my screen...

any ingame options i might of missed or any .ini files i can edit to remove these ?

Right click on it.

that dosnt do anything.

am talking about the orange text (Optional) quest on the right.

example, talk to alva at the cause way
meet divina

etc

They have those exclamation marks - click on them.

i simply want my screen not to have these texts

i dont wanna follow these quests

they say its optional but dont give us the "Option" to get rid of it from our screens ?

Should be an arrow you can click to hide all the text on the right side of the screen?

Apperantly i was mistaken about those exclamation marks but im sure there was some kind of method to hide those.
