latency problems on specific instances

Hi, im having a weird problem that i didnt have the previous league, i have 139 ping on some instances and on others 34, and when i get the instances with ping i desync a lot. Any way to fix this?

Same happening to me but not as severe. All NA realms have been doing this for me too. Half of the instances are 85ms and the other half are around 40-45ms.

i solved it using avg vpn to conect to my server in sao paulo, has a 60 day free trial
