Some EU servers have too high ping by default

So this is happening to me for the past 5+ leagues, I tried contacting support in email but understandably they couldn't help me with it, and told me that the issue was forwarded to networking.

What happens (multiple people in my country regardless of city) is that our gateway selection looks like this:

As you can see it's pure insanity that I have roughly the same ping to Washington DC from Hungary as Milan

What I figured:

Even tho gateway list is doomed, some EU servers actually give back the same ping ingame as the speedtest result, maybe 10-15% higher.

SOMETIMES tho, my hideout, maps or other zones change to the cursed EU servers. The In-game display still shows London EU for example, the server IP (one case 158.176.145.171) shows that it IS actually a server in London, but then I do a pingtest in CMD to the address and the time is the same 95-100ms I see in-game.

Please fix this or let us know how to deal with this, because it's degenerate that we are forced to play on russian servers from the middle of europe because its better.

Called the ISP about it numerous times. They are either lying, clueless or incompetent about it. If you tell us some specific details we can try contacting them again but this just feels bad.
