Anyone else getting Lag Plateaus like shown in this image from Southeast USA?

I'm in Florida and been getting lag plateaus like the one shown in this pic:

The lag happens consistently about every 45 seconds, and has been going on for 48 hours.

It happens on any server I connect to (Washington, Texas, California).

To troubleshoot this, I need as much feedback as possible from others near me in Southwest Florida (or Southeast USA). This will tell me if the problem is GGG's servers or a hop from me along the way.
