Server connection instability Europe

Hello I would like to ask if there are any issues with the European servers in all of them I am experiencing spikes in ping my MS goes from 40 to 1000+ as a spike, the connection is laggy, I am experiencing this problem as of today no problem or connection instability registered on my end checked with internet provider :)
