GGG please fix the Steam client login issue for both Mac & PC.

Solid week now with zero improvements.
At least 65% of POE Steam users are on MAC. The rest are Windows or various apps. Same results with the failure to login after character selection. As a tech professional myself, I am embarrassed by the lack of coordination and efforts by the GGG technical team at this point. This failure is more hurtful for those of us that have bought many Micro Transactions over the years. Some people have spent thousands of dollars for MTX's. The supporter packs mean nothing if we can't use them. GGG, please utilize a better ticketed system within the company. So P1 tickets or priority issues go through the proper channels. Would be hilarious if they were contracted to make real world applications or write code for military use. Could imagine rockets being fired and going to wrong locations. Or satellites falling out of orbit on a daily basis. lol

How do I track this issue, is there a place I can send crash logs to help fault find? Is there a workaround? Iam a noob, so not sure how the support side works. Gethering by some of the posts, it seems like there is a support issue in general?

great to see so many post talking about it, its been 8 freaking days of not being able to log in... hope this brings enough pressure to address it

I was able to login after the 4th attempt so far. as of today I am completetly unable to login. 40 attempts so far

yeah for me after last patch is worse too (not mentioning that to update 156mb patch I need to uninstall and download again whole 41GB game ?!?!?!), was able to log in after X tries usually but now its not possible at all, trying last 25 minutes, maybe closed/opened app 100+ times and still same failed to connect.
