Loot filter wont load

Neversink loot filter wont load.
I went to POE> item filter> rank 1 Neversink 1regular-softcore> followed> refreshed in game and I cant see/load the filter. I followed the instructions on youtube.com. I logout and back in. I restarted my computer and went back into the game and no filters. Last bumped on Aug 2, 2024, 11:19:30 AM

It looks like you may be logged into an alternate account by mistake. I recommend double checking to make sure you are signed into the correct account on the website. You should be able to see your characters at the top left! You'll likely want to use the same credentials you use to play - for example, if you play via Steam, you would sign in using the Steam button on the login page using your Steam credentials.
