Consistant Crashing on ALL Renderer's in the PoE Client

I don't know if it is just me, But I am consistently crashing about every 5 minutes trying to do literally anything in this game. I have installed/Re-installed POE multiple times, played with all three of the Renderer's available in the Client and AT BEST I can maybe go an hour without the crashing starting again. Looking at the current Performance graphs in game, Nothing is changing before the crashes happen. Screen will freeze and then the client closes.

Anyone got any ideas on what to do?
