Can't access the trade website

After my house had a power outage and when it came back on, I could access the game normally, but the trading website I tried on it kept stopping at the loading section for 3 rotating circles and couldn't try to log in again. I cleared the web cache, logged out and logged in again, but it still didn't work. Can't access the trade section of the website, please guide me how to fix it
