Extreme lag in Blighted maps

Title says it all, framerate drops to single digits in blighted maps and literally nowhere else in the game

What's weird is the lag sticks around after monsters are dead, but goes away as the cysts are open, as if the vines and cysts themselves are a huge cause of the lag
