the answers are written by real people, they are canned though (that means they are structured in a way that looks like it is auto generated because customers are cunts and would flip their shit and anything else...and have done so in the past on here).
Now that the account is locked you'll wait your turn in the queue where they will start asking security questions, this will not be done all in one email, but over several. Even better YOU managed to get hacked, that means your game account details were acquired along with your email account details.
