Stuck at the laoding screen

The two gears are stuck at the loading screen and become no response when I choose my character and start the game. I have tried to redownload the game but it still fails to start. Also, the filter that I have downloaded from filterblade cannot be put into the game, even I do all the steps correctly. What can I do now for fixing these problems.

I've encountered the same problem. Game stops loading mostly after character choice. Game stop also can appear even at the first loading screen, the biggest success I had is to finish the coast location at one session ONCE. I really want to play PoE after 6 months break, having this issue makes me sad.

I've tried all proposed solutions, including game, PC or internet problems, nothing helped. Error responce from game doesn't pop up. I'm looking forward to breaking through this trouble.
