fps issue after alt tab

After the update was released, I faced the problem of reducing FPS to 35, if I change the windows a couple of times via ALT + TAB, after that nothing helps to bring it back, except restarting the computer. The problem is definitely not with performance, I lowered the settings to a minimum, set the minimum resolution, changed the display mode from full-screen to windowless and just windowless. I set the vertical synchronization and turned it off. I changed the render API. Only a reboot helps, I've been playing poe for several years, I've never had any problems before, but now I don't understand what to do. Has anyone encountered the same thing?
