linked my poe steam to this website and lost all my characters.

So I linked amy steam account to this website so i could send msgs using the poe trade and when i did i lost all my characters. I have over 2000 hours on pc and have played since breach league. can someone point me in the right direction and let me know what i have to do to get my characters back :(
