South Africa Servers unstable, sometimes unplayable

I've had some recent issues with South Africa server.

I've tested this with 2 different ISPs that use completely different routing.
Consistently after 4:30pm and during peak hours, our servers stutter. I'm not the only one in my group. Sometimes to such an extent that the connection just completely drops. I am now playing on London which isn't as fun as the usual sub 10ms ping.

Here are some screenshots. I'm not sure if the server is struggling or if it's network related. Can someone please look into this?

At times it's perfect. Next moment if the instance changes (i.e. going into a map / other zone, it turns into complete chaos). Don't want to risk more juiced content to this.

Im getting the same, interestingly its only some random instances that have this. Everything will run smoothly and then some zones you open will randomly have massive lagg.
I recorded a clip of this, note while im in my map im lagging my rear end off, once i go to hideout or go to another zone and kill things everything runs smoothly.

Im guessing it opens instances on various different servers when we enter a zone, i suspect one of them has a problem

I am experiencing the same thing as the other users have reported. Happens more during peak times. But the server gets so bad that it is better just to leave and go to the next map.
