samsumng 990 pro ssd with heatsink
32 gb (16 x 2) DDR ram

The crash will happen multiple times maybe over 20 at the first loading screen before I can get to town. Once I get in game I can run 1-2 maps before I will either open my atlas / passive skill tree / or a incursion menu and that opening of the menu or tree(s) will cause the next crash. Back to 20 or so crashes until I get in again, and then rinse repeat. This has been happening for almost 3 leaugues. It is always the same error report I posted above.

You should do a read test to check your disk using HD Tune Pro. Select the disk above then click Benchmark and Start. It will show how your disk is performing, if it reads at the correct rate in all sectors from the disk. On the graph, at left is the read rate, above are the sectors (in GB).

If the graph shows some big dips, your SSD is damaged and needs to be replaced

Try lower your performance core multiplier from 55x to 54x. That seemed to fix my crashing.

same for me, geforce 970, 16gb ram, i5 4670k

I know my specs are garbage but i never had any issues in the past

While not THAT frequent I notice that the game is very crashy.

5950X / 3090 / playing with XBOX controller on PC.

Seems to happen most often when heisting, especially when selecting the expert, but that could be a coincidence.

FUCK, I'm crashing when loading into act 3 town after crashing from returning to town portal act3..........can log in non-league character but league character crash when enter game....lol GOOOOOOOOD NIGHT.

I get this same exact crash if I try to play on dx12 or vulkan, I have to play with dx11 wich is horrible performance wise.

EDIT: I dont know if my GPU is getting old or what but underlocking it fixed the crashes for me, atleast for now.
