Account Locked due to location change

Hello.
I log in from time to time from work laptop which triggers the message "new location, enter the password again" . Been like this for some years, but 2 days ago it happened again and I got a new message " enter the code from the email to unlock". Sure, ill do that, but... no email received, I tried again, nothing, resend email, nothing, email to support, no response, email again to support, no response. Email after 24h to support, NOTHING from support!

I hope this gets sorted cause my account is still locked and still don't receive any codes to unlock.

PS: I have bypassed this with steam log in (luckily I had the account bound) but I prefer not to use STEAM.

Please help.

Still no answer here nor on emails. How long do I have to wait for something so simple?

I am also having the exact same issue. Got location change message and unlock code needed from email.
No emails are being received of the unlock code, cannot even change email as that confirmation for change also not being received on current email.

Contacted support, but they said could not do anything from their side.I tried everything to fix this from email side but still dont receive any email from poe.

Contacted them again for a direct code or email change from their side but still no reply. (Ps I also have steam id connected but don't want to download the entire game again on steam to play)

At least they answered your email and said they are trying something. Ive sent 3 emails and no response.

Ps:i have the game installed twice. its a good league

Keep in mind your ticket get at the End of the Queue if you send Emails again before they respond, and to the other guy, better use your Steam to play it, i lost Access to both the POE Account and Steam, old Email doesnt exist anymore and both refuse to take any proofs that its me, except something i cant get anymore.

The future is now, old mam.

And we wished for it.

So..... still not fixed. Still waiting.
